We were all very impressed with the high level of game quality and extremely professional operation at Dutch Pinball. We look forward to distributing TBL in Canada. Here are a few more pics from our visit to the factory.

Just to be very clear, NITRO has only ever accepted deposits on TBL. We've also refunded every customer immediately when a request has been made. Being pinheads ourselves, we understand everyone's frustration. We DO NOT and WILL NOT accept payment in full without games shipping. Even with Heighway.... although all of our deposits had been sent to Andrew... we still refunded customers when asked, and will continue to do so.
Let us know if you want on the list. Nitro has a few TBL’s available from our next allotment.

Can anyone on here confirm they got a game from Nitro in less than 12-13 months?
Edit - I just noticed that Nitro does not sell TBL to US customers so it may not matter. I realize the non-US orders are being filled more quickly.
Nitro sells TBL to US customers in the Pacific Northwest & Canada.

We're technically a Canadian distro for Dutch. However, because of our location geographically we also agreed to take care of the Pacific Northwest (WA & OR). Our volume for these territories is clearly nowhere near the volume of CT who handles the rest of the US. This would explain the longer wait.

It just doesn't make sense - unless Cointaker waits to get 100 orders before they place the order from Dutch or will only ship games once 100 are on a dock etc.
There is no “jumping the line”. Dutch doesn’t only make games for CT. When Stern runs games…they don’t all go to one distro. Similarly, if you take 200 orders and only receive 20 at a time …it’s going to take a while to complete the orders. Hence less orders equals less time to fulfill.
