I got back in as of today. I resubmitted my unrequested refund to retain my place in line.

I almost wish I wouldn't have read that.. now I can't wait.

I'm hopeful for tomorrow, as well. Though, I was an early expo order, so I'm guessing I'll see a bigger number than I want to see.

I got pretty excited to see a DP email in my inbox. No updates on TBL, but happy for BOP 2.0 owners.

I hope they keep the proto apron. I love that aesthetic.

This is the last day of Q3. While I know they've already said they know they will miss their deadline, but in the same sentence they said they were close. That's relative, I'd like to hear how close, and I'd like to see if the BOM has been figured out, and what they can tell us about the apron.

There is updated code on the floor prototypes. I only got in one game, but the rug modes aren't implemented. The character names are spelled out on screen as you hit their respective shots. There's also a pretty clean looking icon for each type of shot you hit - sort of reminds me of xbox achievements for lack of a better way to put it.

I got out. I received a refund, but they deducted 3% for a "processing fee". I paid with PayPal, so to my knowledge, no such fee exists. I'm a little annoyed since I checked before paying in full to see if their original "no hassle, 100% refund" policy would still apply. I was reassured it would.

I was told when I asked for my refund that production had started, so we were beyond the refund point, but they would issue the refund -3%.. This was after the email that said they were still ironing out the BOM.

It's fine, I traded about $250 for a lesson and some peace of mind. I wouldn't have had much of an issue paying an extra $500 to get a machine when they were actually ready, but having to pay a $250 penalty on top of that for supporting a company early sort of rubs me the wrong way.

There's really no reason a NSNL needs to wait until Friday..
