But that means I'll have to wait longer. Just kidding. It sucks not knowing exact dates but we need to be patient as they are being made and sent. I feel bad for EA's... Calmer than you are Dude, calmer than you are.

I'm glad to hear things can be figured out as easily as a phone call. If customers are taken care of, then my reliance on the system increases.
Nobody is trying to scam anyone here, man.
Someone above had a great idea for niche machines (TBL, Aliens, RAZA, R&M, etc) why don’t they just assign a number and let you know your number. This way as people get their machines you can gage roughly when yours will come. Some transparency would go a LONG away.
Without a little transparency people speculate all sorts of things!
I’m committed now. Preordered May 16, paid in full 4/26. The invoice stated games will be shipping May 8 to the US, as I think someone else posted earlier. Fingers crossed.

Yep, nonsensical sums it up. I received no reply to my email inquiry last week--I'm guessing because there is no good response. I suppose I'll have to call, but at this point I want to have everything in writing. If it wasn't for the emails, there would be no proof of anything.

They’re specifically complaining about the order of sales that were all handled through Cointaker, not direct through DP.
I preordered in November 2020 with the refundable $1000 deposit. At that point I was told March / April. I reached out to Melissa yesterday and I'm now told I'm 4 months out. Not sure that helps anyone, but wanted to provide the info to see what others are being told

Maybe reach out to Cointaker and ask them to give everyone an order number so everyone knows there place in line.
Calling and requesting to apply numbers (though a logical idea) would be a bit direct... Melissa is super kind and I know they are overwhelmed right now, I don’t want to add to that.
I have faith, just trying to make some sense of the order process, which clearly I just need to take it as it comes.. kinda had a rough night and I hate the Eagles, man... wasn’t thinking straight

Checked the FedEx delivery box for today between 1&3.
Was cutting the grass and saw FedEx truck pass and thought I may have missed them, so I called. No delivery scheduled for today. WTH? They said most of the time, they forget to even notify the customer. That's swell.
Plays great. Getting a lot of sdtms shooting the Donny shot when it loops around. Not sure if it's supposed to feed to the left or right flipper?

This forum is a place where pre-order folks visit to try to understand expectations as they wait. So, can you please clarify what you mean by this statement?

NIB worth about $15.5-16k vs $12.5k and a years wait. That’s all. Took me about 13 months from deposit to delivery. Just showing it unboxed.
Hi all,
I'm just giving everyone some dates as well so people have a general idea of wait times. My Big Lebowski is on the way and is part of the shipment that was shipped on May 8th, according to the invoice that was sent.
5/2/2020 -> I initially placed the order and paid the $1,000 deposit.
4/26/2021 -> Received the final invoice on this day and paid in full.
I will notify people when I get the pin in my possession. I'm thinking it might be sometime in early or middle June but we will see.
