This looks cool but some feedback is that I don't like the "Donny" sticker on it. The mod isn't really for anybody that doesn't know what the Folgers can represents and it just makes it less accurate for those same people. Is that removable?

As they couldn’t use the name Folgers in the Game art I sided with not poking a company like that. Not worth it. Besides, I suspect most Anyone will understand what the can is and what it says. That is the direction I chose. Thanks.

I sent Melissa an email to get on the TBL list. I had spoken to her a few weeks back and she said it might be March/April when i would get the game.

I was kind of surprised it could be that soon. I bet it's later in the year before my game will be ready.

I posted this in the owners thread but I thought I would post here as well.

Help!!!! Anyone run into this?

I tried to update my game with the .51 code. I down loaded the zip file onto a USB drive and plugged it into my game. I followed the instructions on the Dutch Pinball website. The game recognized the the .51 code and I thought I selected the .51 code to run then the whole game went dark except the back glass lights. Everything else is dark.

I've tried shutting the game off and re-booting. Upon start up:
- All playfield lights flash on for a second then go dark.
- The display then has "ASRocK" in large print at the top of the display and at the bottom right corner of the display it says:
-Press F2 or DEL. to run UEFI Setup
-Press F6 for Instant Flash
-Press F11 for Boot Menu
-Press Tab to Switch Screen

After that screen disappears I get:
- Dutch (DP logo) Pinball

After that screen disappears I get:
- Flushing Read Buffer: 0 bytes trashed
- Verify Chip ID task took too long to receive data
- Verification of chip ID failed. Flushing read buffer and re-verifying chip id.
- Flushing read buffer: 0 bytes trashed
- FPGA chip ID: 0xf33db33f
- FPGA chip Version/Rev: 2.6

On the same display screen (in the top right corner of the display) I also get:
Disconnected - you are now offline Network

Then the display goes blank and that's it. Only the back glass light stays on and you can tell the display is on but nothing else is displayed.

I have tried getting into the service menu and nothing. At this point it is completely dead.

Anybody have any suggestions?

What version of software did you have before jumping to 0.51? I believe that might be the issue. I think that wcbrandes had the board corrupted and would need a new one from Barry.

Some day when I own a TBL I have a topper ready! Lol

When it comes to pure playing pleasure no pin IMHO is worth 7K+. Price in this case is determined by rarity, not playing pleasure. I can have as much fun on playing a cheaper Brated pin as an overpriced BBB for instance. Played a magic girl once and left it after playing only two balls. That one costed double a TBL price and didn’t offer any playing pleasure.

Is a painting from Van Gogh really tenths of millions more worth to the eyes as a drawing from your kids? Nope to me.

So ‘richer’ people for whom the value of 15KUSD is the same as for me 5KUSD are those paying for this. Like people buying luxury pricey items. Cars jewelry pinballs ....

TBL is different to me as it’s made by local people who are my friends. Heck, I even help assembling them. This gives sentimental value for which I am willing to pay extra. Nothing to do with playing pleasure. Can imagine the theme does the same with other people, I even didn’t know the movie when I bought it ....

Easy, you can get them brand new for 12500 if you can wait a few months, flip it now buy another cheaper.

Games are being shipped to new buyers. Profit from these sales is first used to startup production and streamline it and than to start building EA games in a mix of new sales and EA games. Ratio mix unknown.

If we are well informed only new sales and non EAs got one in 2019 :
- 40 TBLs assembled by former CM delivered September 2019
- approx 10 TBLs partly assembled by former CM and finished by DP delivered November 2019
- 4 TBLs are in progress, unknown whether they are finished or delivered
- friends also helping assembly of TBLs, this will raise production levels and Quality
- approx 300 new sales needed to make break even and get some EAs what they have paid for
- The Netherlands are closed for new years holidays and are shifting gear towards Carnavals Holiday!
- No New Shit News today : Wish you all a happy 2020!

A bit off topic, but just found out today there's a side story 'sequel' in the works featuring John Turturro reprising his role as Jesus in the works. It apparently has nothing to do with the original movie, but follows the characters life in that universe called The Jesus Rolls. (apparently it's been worked on a few years so maybe this was already known)
