Quoted from Soulrider911:Hey dudes! Wow amazing how much response this little idea generated.
I should probably start taking names - in hopes I can mass produce these things.
Some testing.
I realized that some may not want ball deflection as a feature. So I have made a variant that is slotted so the ball does not touch it on its traversal along the guide. Few more tweaks are needed but getting close.
There have been questions about making this for “both sides.” Currently only making it for the right entrance.
Will keep u all posted [quoted image]
Add me to the list please
Quoted from cpr9999:For motorized bowling sign:
Ok need opinion:
1. Would you buy either one? Yes or No
2. Which one do you prefer: (a). White letters with color rings OR (b) Color letters with color rings.[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
Yes I’d buy. I prefer a, more legible with white letters.

Look like he was on Pinside today.
Same I sent him $268 exactly one month ago and haven't heard anything since.
I wanted to have switched power in the backbox for my topper. I found a splitter on Amazon that let me tap the c13 computer power cord before it enters the main psu. It splits it to a normal plug plus a c13 computer cord that I can plug in to the computer psu that runs the game.

Updated tonight to 1.01 successfully. I then selected the 1.01 software version. The game is now stuck in a loading loop where the loading screen with tumbleweeds comes up for a few seconds then goes black and repeats.
Best way to get back to 1.0? I can’t get to the service menu at the moment due to the loading failure. I have usb keyboard / mouse.

Issue resolved quickly with Rensh quick support to roll me back to 1.0 Very pleased with DP support.
Quoted from zaphX:I have one coming this week. I'll take pics.
Is your lit apron actually shipping? Still waiting on mine.
Quoted from zaphX:Yeah I have a tracking number and everything.
I paid for it about a month ago and heard crickets until this week.
I paid for mine in July. Not real happy about the lack of communication.
Quoted from zaphX:695.
The playfield date appears to be June 2021.[quoted image]
My playfield also has the same june 2021 date code. My Lebowski is serial number 783 with a sept 2022 build date.
230 games in and I don’t have any pooling. Should I consider preventative washers or cliffy carbon post bases?
Quoted from rob3:Good to know. Not ideal but better than disconnecting for a quick adjustment.
Why do we need a wire at all? Seems like a contact switch could do the trick between the translite and cabinet. Low voltage so exposed connectors wouldn’t be a safety issue. Exposed terminals could be shorted when translite is out though.
Currently having issues with the bowling ball jumping over the post in the mini playfield. Ball will kick up into the orange piece to aim shot but will repeatedly jump over post and fall out prior to being able to aim. Disassembled the solenoid and took out the arm. Wondering if it is installed backwards from factory. It came with the tall portion facing the player. Wondering if it needs to have the tall part facing away as shown?
Edit- yes the orange piece is loose and sunk into the playfield. I’ve disassembled the mech trying to resolve this. It works fine if the ball sits in the mech after the initial up kick.
Getting a test report issue showing scoop opto hasn’t been triggered in 23 games. In Switch mode test I can get scoop switch to register (sw 28). I can also get mini pf scoop to register (sw 48). Game seems to play fine as is. Any ideas?
IMG_6369 (resized).jpegIMG_6370 (resized).jpegIMG_6371 (resized).jpegQuoted from Rensh:What is your tbl serialno? Eg, if you don’t have an optoscoop there was a software bug causing this message to appear. If so, that bug was solved in latest rel 112 many months ago.
Than the mpf scoop. Is it always on? Than could be a faulty opto pair or a broken wire leading to the opto pair.
I was on 1.10. Just updated to 1.12 and that fixed the issue. Thank you.
Also I solved my issue with the bowling ball jumping over the post in the bowling alley. Coil and post mech looked fine. I used a set of washers to space down the bracket holding the orange bowling chute. That reduced the space above the post so it can no longer jump over.
