Initially mine would occasionally get stuck above the ramp and not be able to lower. So I added some washers, and now it occasionally gets stuck below the ramp. Super frustrating. Haven't really been able to make it through many games without issue. Haven't contacted DP yet, I'll shoot them an email soon.
Seems like if the mech could be tightened to removed all the side to side play it would help. Or the other scarier option would be to drill out the ramp a bit to allow more clearance.
I added a foam pad to the right side and it solved the issue 100%
