I'm one of the biggest Beatle fans around and I have the money to buy new pins but if this is some type of retro throw back pin, I will really be disappointed and wouldn't even consider buying it.
Quoted from Crispin:I am so bummed that this could possibly be a seawitch reskin. If Stern can crank out games for bands like Metallica, ACDC, the Stones, Aerosmith and Kiss you would think that The Beatles, arguably one of the best, most influential bands of all time deserve their own layout. It is insulting to think this will get a woah nellie like treatment. After buying Iron Maiden and loving it, how can Stern expect me to swallow this re themed turd. I couldn't enjoy hitting either loop shot on Seawitch so out the door it went. I can hit loops for hours on maiden and not get tired of it. After securing a licence of this magnitude, honor the band by giving the game the attention it deserves.
I couldn't have said it better. "They deserve their own layout"
I'm so disappointed.
Oh my god . . . . . does that suck . . . I'm embarrassed for Stern because I know they won't be. Only Stern could totally screw this up.
I'm a huge Beatle fan, I love pinball and have the money to buy new games but this is just a total failure.
I am so disappointed
Do you really think there were pinsiders hoping and dreaming for a "Supreme" pinball machine like there were for the Beatles?
"The wasted license is personal to many in the hobby. Star Wars and now this"
Thank you DCFAN, I couldn't have said it better
I can't believe Apple signed off on this thing. The artwork looks like it was something that was cashed in on without a license right after the Beatles appeared on Ed Sullivan show.
Who was melting down over a Supreme pinball machine? I don't know one person who was waiting for years that hopefully they would make a supreme pinball machine
"target are fans ready to pay any amount of money for something beatles"
I'm not so sure about that because the artwork is absolutely hideous
"No one here was “melting down”. That’s just Levi trying to make himself look like Nostradamus. They only thing I remember was us old farts not knowing what the hell Supreme was"
I still don't know what Supreme was or is?
Quoted from usandthem:I can't believe it. Actually, I can believe it. I've waited my whole pinball-playing life to play a Beatles pin. And THIS??? This is it? What a fucking joke.
I'm with you!
Quoted from RA77:Wow biggest explosion on Pinside for a while
I love this place
Game will be fine and sell out to fans and Beatles collectors quickly.
Stern is currently the king of Pinball and the bean counters have already done the math and know good profit from this title is guaranteed.
Remember this game was not aimed at hardcore pinheads.
Congrats team Beatles !
Im sure your game will be fun.
Great time for realease, there will ba a lot of happy Beatles fans this Christmas.
You can't be serious can you?
I know one Beatle fan who is not going to be happy this Christmas
