My father-in-law said he had a friend who had a non working pin that I could have if I’d take it out of their basement. I wasn’t expecting much, but I’d gladly take any pin for free. I called a buddy to help me carry it out. When we first walked down and saw it I nearly puked, this happens to other people not me.

It’s a nice find, but l hope you threw some cash his way. Just seems like the right thing to do.

I offered, he refused, a wealthy gentleman, if and when I do sell it I told him I’d donate money to the charity of his choice

#4 4 years ago

Wow! Lucky you for sure!

#16 4 years ago

Wow I bet you almost shit when you seen that, I know I would have. What kind of shape is the playfield in? Looks like it's pretty good from the pics.

Wow thats unreal. I would have had to tell her about what it was worth though or I wouldn't feel right about it.

False.

Doing somebody a favor by hauling a large, unwanted machine out of their basement.

I'd buy that guy a nice bottle of Scotch. With quarters.

#30 4 years ago

That's seriously awesome! STTNG is such a good game, it doesn't get any better than that!

#31 4 years ago

Does your father in-law have any more friends in need of a pinball machine removal service. I could help with that if he does.

#32 4 years ago

Broken right sling plastic. You overpaid.

My first suggestion is to remove the subway and clean every opto with a Q-tip and alcohol. Dirty optos cause all kinds of weirdness in STTNG. Great score!

Already done, there was a crack in it so I have new one coming from Little Shop of Games

#48 4 years ago

Holy shit you weren’t kidding, that thing is nice. Still waiting for my invite (now that it’s been moved).

#49 4 years ago

Congrats, good for you. This is the type of thing everyone hopes one day happens to them through their network of friends... so far everyone just wants to buy the ones I want to keep for “under 500$” haha
