What time will you be there Sat? I'll have an empty van Friday night and hope I don't have to take either of my pins back. So I'll have room def until Sat around noon - not sure how long we're staying Sat, but will be there until noon for sure.

Jack from Pinball Enthusiast will be there selling glass. No need to pre-order. Direct quote from Jack, there will be plenty of glass there for both days.

Standard Glass will be $30 a sheet. Bulk discount of 5 sheets for $135

WPC wide body glass will be $45 a sheet.

He will also have translite glass for WPC games there too.

You could also consider buying it, then registering for Free Play on Saturday, which also gets you free admission.

Hi, coming to Allentown on Friday , is there pinball places (stores or arcades) besides TNT amusements on my way up there coming from NYC ?
Also , where is the best place to eat wings near Allentown?
Thx
Stef

Coming from NYC, depending on the route you take, there are 2 locations a few miles off I-287.

Yestercades (14 pinball machines plus over 50 classic arcades) is in Somerville, NJ. http://www.yestercades.com/

8 On The Break (10 pinball machines plus arcades) is in Dunellen, NJ https://www.facebook.com/thebreakarcade

Question.... How do you get it back? I assume that there is no packaging? You just bring a blanket and throw it in the back of your car/truck?

Virutapin isn't going to be there this year... any idea if other vendors would have all the parts that I would find in their Ultimate Cab-Builders Kit (http://virtuapin.net/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3&products_id=35)? Trying to save myself shipping costs to Canada by picking the parts up at the show.

Are those battery boards in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?

These are a really great idea. Much less expensive than an NVRAM and even less expensive than the pre-manufactured "remote battery" kits. For not much more than the cost of a standard solder-in battery holder and set of batteries, you'll have peace of mind that your CPU boards are safe from future battery damage.

#1587 7 years ago

Game looks great, burning man!!

#1588 7 years ago

Battery boards look great. I'll be looking to buy several.

#1590 7 years ago

Was planning on bringing a Mayfair, but time got away and wasn't able to finish shopping it. So I'll be bringing a Bally Freedom EM.

It's in players condition, flaking BG, decent playfield with some touch ups, shopped a couple of years ago and still plays great! Not really looking to sell, but I would be interested in a trade. Mainly looking for a working Space Mission/Space Odyessy, Jumping Jack, but I'm also up for any other non-project 70's machines that anyone's interested in trading.

#1591 7 years ago

I wish those battery boards were made to fit into the existing battery holders. I will just deal with my remote battery holders rather than remove boards and solder, but if it were just a matter of plug and play I would change over.

I have a black rubber set for demolition man I can bring down. $10. Also manuals for corvette, last action hero and lethal weapon 3. Originals not photo copies $20 each.

Still have these make a offer

Since this is my first time attending any type of pinball expo/event, I'm not familiar with the vendors listed that will be present. I'm looking to pick up some Comet LEDs. Does anyone know if the vendors that plan on being there carry Comets?

#1594 7 years ago

I dont think there will be comet leds there but not sure. I would just order from his site, his prices are already really good and shipping shouldnt be bad as you live in the states

#1595 7 years ago

Hi guys,

Never been up to Allentown and thinking of going on Saturday. Any reason to bring a roadshow or ngg in great players condition from baltimore? Pm me why and I can explain what they look and play like. My truck is OLD so Id rather not drive them if I didnt need too...

Hope to see you all there.

#1596 7 years ago

Comet is not there

I have a new Escalera MS-60 and a MS-66 in stock that I can deliver to Allentown for free. You save shipping. Deal must be made before I leave Friday morning so let me know other wise I won't be bringing them.

T2 or FT could be available for interesting modern Stern trades. I'm about 45 mins from the show.

Can't wait for the show, this should be my 4th time. I'll be bringing a good friend who doesn't know much about it.
