Decided I'd throw this one out there.
Centaur for sale. $3500/obo

The good:
Nice cabinet
Great backglass
Good displays
Decent playfield with mostly complete mylar
Cointaker LEDs in playfield
Siegecraft LED boards so no flickering LEDs
No broken plastics
Newish drop targets
Plays 100% including magnet & 5 ball multiball
I have new pop bumper caps for it
New Matt Hess reverb board

The bad:
Mylar has a section that looks torn off. Playfield underneath is good. I didn't notice it when I bought it.
Center plastic is not correct (behind O-R-B-S)
Plastics behind flippers missing. They're small but not there. I didn't notice this when I bought it.
No sound. I started replacing caps on board, haven't finished. It might have sound by the show, it might not.
Some inserts don't light up. Chances are it's the crappy 555 sockets.

All in all a great game as is but could be fantastic with a little work. If I were to keep it the mylar would get removed. I put my name down for a CPR playfield so maybe that will happen. Let me know if you want additional pix. These aren't great I know.

I can take to Allentown or would love to sell locally.

Quoted from Gatecrasher:

I make two different size lift channels. One for 1/8" thick backglasses and one for 3/16" thick backglasses. They are both 28.5" long but can be cut to shorter lengths. My parts are exact copies of Bally parts but can be used on other machines too. You will have to decide if they fit your own non-standard applications though. You will need to measure your backglass to be sure.
I cut backglasses to shorter sizes for no additional charge but they must be paid for in advance and custom cut lengths are non-returnable.

I have purchased these channels multiple times and can say the are top quality. I don't currently have a need for any at the time but will be placing an order just to keep a few on hand.

Anyone making the trip from Maine to pinfest? I have a HS2 that could use a ride.

#1306 3 years ago

Pulled my The Shadow into the workshop and figured I'd post it for sale as-is if there's any interest before tearing it down. I still need to finish a few things on No Fear, so Shadow will be available the next two days, then I'll begin the tear down if there's no interest.

https://goo.gl/photos/d7kxygn6LAmk7FF29

https://goo.gl/photos/y9ZoCj2VWLr4GqVE9

I've already done the bottom playfield shop job - all inserts cleaned, LEDs, every drop target mech removed, cleaned and coil sleeves replaced and Battlefield entrance target coil replaced and a new Wall drop target installed. Most of the GI is LED since I was able to replace the bulbs from underneath. Top of the playfield I've cleaned what I could reached, there's some Titan color rubber here and there.

Has the "lost plastic" cityscape in the back of the playfield, which looks super. Standup targets all have decals. New phurbas on the diverters and the diverters work fine. Game plays and works 100%

Has a ColorDMD and the Aurich translite and speaker plastic too.

What I need to do...actually what you'll need to do:

Replace GI connector to fix the upper backglass lights that are out. You can see in the pics I just used some LED strips plugged into a lower socket to properly light the backglass for now.

Tear down shop job for a proper cleaning and repairing the sanctum wear. Right now, just so I could keep playing the game, there's a sanctum decal adhered to a piece of plastic and that is covering the sanctum wear. Magnet works fine thru the plastic and decal, so that's how I left it until I had a chance to tear it down.

One of the rings needs the bulb and harness attached and I have the bulb and harness.

$3200

Too much? Then it's $2800 without the ColorDMD, but you need to provide your own DMD since I don't have a spare.

Still too much? Knock $100 off and I'll keep the Aurich translite and speaker plastic and I'll put the originals back on.

I have gold mirror blades - still in the box - that I was planning to install when finished. Cost me $200, will sell for $150 if you want them. I was also planning to brass plate the wireforms because with the gold blades and the game fully shopped, WOW!

Prices are firm because I have no problem doing the work myself and then selling it. Was looking forward to seeing it finished with all the gold anyway. But with Allentown coming up, I also don't mind selling it and moving on to another project.

Anyone interested in selling a Bally Cosmos or Bally Gator at Allentown?
If so, I'm interested.

Thanks for the compliments. I'm a pinball guy too and use all my parts myself.

It's a good time to stock up and save big with no shipping charges if you are going to be at the show.

I have a Bromley Little Pro Golf (mannequin mini golf) game that I would sell for $2400 and bring to Allentown if pre-sold. Nice shape and plays great.

#1311 3 years ago
Quoted from Pinwizkid:

Willing to bring my 1954 Williams Screamo for anyone who is interested in a nice woodrail!
Playfield is pretty nice and backglass is in really great shape. Shopped and working, though one of the bells and the knocker don't work. Couldn't diagnose it just yet... Other than that it plays fast and fun. Sunk quite a few hours into this one polishing the metal parts. Has new flipper bats, new balls, new rubbers, and new hardware (I kept all the old hardware as well). Comes with original schematic. Asking $700.

I am looking for a Addams Family playfield. Any condition really. Wear is OK, but would like to have the wood in good shape. Cheaper the better, not looking for new. I am in the flea market indoors this year, have stuff to trade. LMK what works.

How much is it gonna be when your done with it ?

#1315 3 years ago
Quoted from bigd1979:

Not sure, guess it depends on how much the wireforms cost to plate and might even do the ramps too. With the gold blades and the wireforms, that adds about $400 in cost. Price right now is basically what I have into it + maybe $150-200 for the work and time I've already put into it. But if I finish it then I'll see what the market dictates.

#1316 3 years ago

New prices:

F14 $1500USD
RK $1200USD
NIP-It $1000USD
RFM $3000USD

Links to pics are in market place. Can bring them to Allentown only if paid.

Selling PINBALL ROTISSERIES and planning on bringing the last 5 sets that I have available. I probably won't be making these anymore as I only made a few when I needed to restore a few pins. Guys loved the design and how easily they can be stored when not in use... minutes to assemble.

The cost is $300 for a set.

I will not have a booth this year so just PM me if interested and will bring to the show. Right now I am planning on going on Friday, but Saturday is a possibility.

Anyone by chance bringing a Gottlieb Sure Shot or DE Simpsons?

#1339 3 years ago

I have a few games I could sell but would have to be sold before the show. I will be there Thursday night until Sunday morning.

Crescendo..Gottlieb 1970 2 player baby flipper game. Cabinet is solid but cosmetically showing its age. BG is 8.5/10 Playfield is nice. Ball replaced, new rubbers, LEDs (can be changed back to incandescent) comes with schematics and extra set of (used) plastics and a few other parts...fully working and plays well. Challenging game $650

Amigo...Bally 1973 4 player. Plays well Cabinet is solid and shows well for age. PF is 7.5/10, BG is very nice 9/10. New rubbers, ball, LEDs (can be changed back to incandescent). Plays well. $550

Time 2000...Atari, 1977 not many made (I think 225?)...this is serial number 30. NO broken plastics! BG is 9/10 (a little flake on the very edge, very small) PF 8.5/10 a few (very small) wear spots. Cabinet is nice except for the front around the coin door. Plays OK but the flippers will need attention/possibly a rebuild. Wasn't looking to sell it but if there is an Atari guy out there looking for this game I'd like to see it go to a good home. Really hadn't thought about a price on this one. offers?

PM me with an e-mail address and I can send pics. Willing to work out a deal for all 3. Just let me know if you are interested.
