You don’t hear any strange humming when you power it in before the fuses blow ? Listen quick . See if there is any coil locking on . Does this problem happen with the playfield down and up ? Did you do any work on this game ? Was it playing great then all of a sudden had issues or did you get it with these problems ? The lights are probably the connectors are getting burnt and causing a weak connection . Just throwing a few things out there to narrow it down .
