I wanted to share a restoration I have been doing on my Addams Family. It's been dragging on for quite a while now, I don't have much time available to devote to the process, but it's coming along bit by bit. I bought this game back in 2018 at a ridiculously low price (you get the idea why it was so cheap from the pictures). Looking for a project pin, this was a nice candidate. Retrospectively, although TAF was a game I dreamt of owning, I am a bit sore about buying it because the chap I bought it from had a worn, but not dilapidated, Medieval Madness, which he was willing to let go for 3800 Euro... There are just many more TAFs going around, so it would've made more sense to buy the MM, but oh well...
This is essentially what I bought:
Bought a new MircoPlayfield, repopulated it with new parts (the ones I could get my hands on) and refurbished old parts. Not entirely happy with the quality of the playfield, but really had no other options.

What's left to do:
- finish cabinet wiring
- finish attaching switch matrix harness
- finish attaching solenoid harness
- double-check and readjust Thing box alignment with tunnel
