Rough idea from your pics is players condition game. No mag burn that I see and mansion wear is minimal if any (glass off pics are helpful for a title like this) .. I wouldn’t expect mods you have to add much value.. the bear - meh, lighted topper is $50 but not worth much to new buyer, leds are cheap.
I could be wrong but to me that looks like an import coin door- condition of cab seems to match that. I sold mine in similar condition, shopped out recently, a couple years ago for 4800. Prices seem to have gone up since then a bit. I’d gander in the $5 to $6 range

Hi res photos def help. Bit of typical wear under the ball drop and pretty light mansion wear / few inserts. Def could see a LOT worse as so many of these games got / still get crazy play. Playfield is pretty nice looking. I guess someone else knows the Colorado market better.. mine sat here on CL for a while almost identical looking for $5200 before I lowered it. Seems prices have gone up once again though. Quite a list of mods but unfortunately most of them don’t add a lot of value.
