Any idea (or guess) on how much this bad boy is gonna weigh when finished? Friends and family are going to scatter when you even hint at moving it

No way to fake a plexi coin door? The door certainly spoils the illusion and blocks a lot of the view - at least from the front.

that acrylic would be fine forever....

Yeah it seems a shame to put mylar over that clear surface. Heck you can see the scuffs and imperfections on the mylar even over colored pf's with super busy art. Imagine how all the imperfections will show up on a clear pf...

Shame the metal side armor is so huge on this model. I guess it's not possible to make the trim in acrylic to show off the machine better?

Looking super though - what a project!
