Quoted from KingNine:Dogs and cats living together...
such madness has happened long ago...
Quoted from Mk1Mod0:Eeyeaaaahhhhhh. This bitch is going to be the Belle of the Ball. Prize or no, it'll damn sure be the most photographed.

Damn skippy... You sir are correct !!
i think a guy at cointaker gave me some free clear buttons at txpinfest.
might have them around here somewhere.
uneven lighting ?!? ...well that's it, i'm not going to buy it
well, maybe i'll buy it, but i won't put it in center-entrance right in front of front-door. yeah... that's where i draw the line.
Quoted from Sly_Old_Devil:I like it, head-backbox looks more like the Matrix pin than the Matrix pin
that's what i was thinking too.
Quoted from PinballManiac40:Looks to be Houston Arcade Expo ready? Nov 7th and 8th is just around the corner.
readin' my mind
drove past you through the rain today in corpus on the way to the valley.
heading back up to Austin tomorrow.
was wondering what you might be doing to it as i sloshed by...
aahhhh man, i didn't check here yesterday before we left back to Austin. would have been nice to stop by. well... will see you in Houston soon.
cheers
interesting point...
does the acrylic handle solenoid shot vibrations the same way a wood playfield & cabinet does?
similar vibration absorption?
similar sound absorption?
Quoted from shimoda:Seems like this should be playable in the Smithsonian - an interactive display. Truly an awe-inspiring project here.
and of course, by "Smithsonian", you really mean, my casa
Quoted from zaphod:I need stronger "coffee"! I read this and actually was looking for the pic, then I read:
Ding! Oh it IS there!
I get jokes!
Quoted from BMHouze:Best to leave it on pay for play, that way you can count the cash box without having to open it up. Besides, how else can you recoup some of your costs?
With a machine like this expo should be paying you to show up with it.
does it come with coin mechs
Quoted from Mk1Mod0:I've got two evenings, basically, to get it to be at least a functional one player game. If I can get it close, I'll bring it. I just don't want to spend time during the fest working on my machine. Although expert help could really be advantageous. Going to make a video now to put up on this and the other post to show just what is going on here. Thanks again for the help and encouragement.
could bring it outside to the cigar hang-out on friday,
and could convert "The Big Smoke", to be "The Big Smoking Repair"
yeah... please post your SI thread here so it's findable
so many new threads these days they get pushed down & lost so fast.
If you set up a free Dropbox account & put it there. I can download it and make it a smaller file size to post here.
Quoted from Mk1Mod0:As previously mentioned, I have new projects underway in the shop while the APP is still being cared fro in the den. Enjoy my other train wrecks.

for a minute...
i thought you were going to merge the 2 diff pins to create a new custom game
Quoted from Mk1Mod0:...
Actually, there are 4, but mine ain't for sale and the guys at the PPM sold one of their three to a museum for 30k. Ouch.
Special thanks to Jeff and Brett who appear to have become my promotions department and biggest cheerleaders. Thanks!!
might have more pix than you
i played this game at TPF and houston arcade expo more than any other pin.
one amazing pinball to play and admire. look out Tron LE
Quoted from Mk1Mod0:I DID see it. After it was pointed out to me. Of course most of the likes on that page went to the blue/green/red-haired suicide girl in lingerie. Go figure...
Process improvement continues. I will be etching/painting the original back glass graphics. (And properly disposing of the waterslide decals currently there.) I am also producing a play field overlay that will have the playfield graphics reverse etched on the underside. When I clearcoated the play field all that work disappeared as I figured it would. If you blow up Labnip's 4th pic and look closely, you can still make out the club around the bonus lights as well as the card surrounding the lower right "10" and the keylines and words around the inlane arrows.
Can't wait for those final touches
Quoted from Mk1Mod0:Did some re-sizing and got it right this time. Now to fire up my new and improved blast cabinet...
