It's that irritating Gorilla, again. Theory.

Your lineup: SM and LOTR.

Your money $4000 (ish)

Your choices. TZ or combo of Road Show and Whirlwind.

Thanks. Now go back to your games...

#2 12 years ago

TZ will be above average quality. Figure RS above average and Whirlwind @ average.

#4 12 years ago

TZ will always exceed expectations!

TZ by a mile. Still one of my favs.

How is your deal workin out, dog?

That is where I am leaning, too. I really want to find one!!

#6 12 years ago

You know I am gunna say TZ. But, RS and WW are two of my sleeper favs, consider you get two games for less then the price of the TZ. Hard decision, all great games IMO!

#7 12 years ago

I know of a really nice TZ in Bloomington, he is a hard guy to get to sell, though...

#8 12 years ago

TZ is good but I chose RS and WW. They are two good pins.

#9 12 years ago

I love whirlwind, haven't played road show, but... TZ is outta this freakin' world! TZ TZ TZ... did i say TZ??

#10 12 years ago

TZ !!! Or save some more for Steve Ritchie's next pin.

#11 12 years ago

TZ for sure!!

#12 12 years ago

With my allowance of you all voting more than once, I can't believe I was the only vote for the hookers!

#13 12 years ago

I support hookers for gorillas.

#14 12 years ago

Seeing as you have/like fast games, Transformers, go for a new game!

#15 12 years ago

I have owned TZ and RS. I voted TZ easily. I can not speak about ww but RS gets boring after awhile where TZ does not.

#16 12 years ago

I voted for hookers and beer. Then (assuming you have some cash left) snag yourself a nice DM to round out the collection. It's a great game and a hell of a value!

#17 12 years ago

must you get a widebody? how about WW and something else?

#18 12 years ago

Damn it, I made a mistake on the pole, should have been hookers and beer!

Never mind I picked TZ because it complements your other games perfectly.
WW and RS together are inferior to TZ-its a fact

#19 12 years ago

I have TZ and Road Show, and have had a Whirlwind. I would like to have Whirlwind again, but TZ is on a totally different level. Go for the TZ!!!

#20 12 years ago

Beer is good, too. Now that I think about it... hookers are similar to pinball machines. They take your money and provide entertainment. In this instance, I might go for two less expensive hookers at once over one very expensive one. Hmmm... uhhh.... nevermind.

#21 12 years ago

save your money and get a Tron LE. You won't regret it.

Odds are, he'll have a chance to take one for a test drive soon enough.

#24 12 years ago

You should enter the Twilight Zone...

#25 12 years ago

road show and whirlwind

2 is better then 1 tz imho

#26 12 years ago

With your options listed id go the TZ but only cause Roadshow lets down the Whirlwind combo.
Id have a Whirlwind over TZ but obviously not for $4000...pair WW up with EATPM or Fish Tales and Twilight Zone wouldnt stand a chance!!

#27 12 years ago

Nah,save it for the right hooker

#28 12 years ago

Two Lawlor pins are better than one. But I agree with the above, and say that both Tron and now Transformers have exceeded expectations and are great pins. Support the manufacturing of new pins and buy one!

#29 12 years ago

I've already commented, but... TZ was so much better than any pinball experience that i've had before that it left me dumfounded. It is the "essence" of all that is pinball. If I only owned one machine... blah blah blah...

#30 12 years ago

That's alot of Beer and Hookers

Hey TG, still waiting. The hardest part. Probably won't know for a couple more weeks. Hoping to transform that MB into 4 or 5 pins. Either that, or beers and hookers

#32 12 years ago

Well glad to see you finally picked up SM Gorilla hope your enjoying the hell out of it. Tough call, I have opted to just keep patiently saving up until the right pin or pins find me. It's frustrating to have enough to buy now and hold off but I want to love and keep for a very long time so I am going to be super selective. With all the great new pins coming out maybe you can buy a used one of em who knows. Either way good luck with the decision Gorilla!!
