You are on a browser that flips it correctly. The image has orientation data in it that tells what way the camera was held.
Pinside's code should be rotating them based on the exif data, instead of relying on browsers/clients to do it, but for now, some people see it upside down, some people see it right side up.

As promised, my pic with Penn. A friend invited me to a book event and we got a chance to talk for a while. We mainly discussed that we were both atheists. I also met him about 30 years ago and I'm still looking for the photo. No digital, so I gotta go through thousands of actual photographs!
