I removed my driver board from my TGHS2 some time ago and put it back recently, but am having problems working out where some of the connectors go!! They are mainly around the bottom left of the board, but 1 (No1 in the attached pics) looks like it could go in a range of places... If anyone can help put this puzzle of what connectors go were I'd be very grateful!!!

Thanks for any help!!

Thanks LTG!

I had a strong feeling they were GI connectors that have been 'modified'... I think No2 might be off the DMD power supply (I also removed the DMD, which I overlooked), so the big puzzler now is No1!!!

Any ideas anyone?

Cheers!

PDB... is that the driver board? Will search for J110... maybe I put the wrong connector on that...

Would the wiring colours for the connectors be the same as for Whitewater by the way? I have a WH2O set up next to the TG:HS2, so it would be an easy referance if the wires were all the same colour

Quoted from zaza:

example of pre-fliptronic wiring (Gilligan's Island)

Those colours definitely match No1 connector, although pins 1 and 3 look more yellow than orange... maybe it's just the effect of the flash...

Thanks a lot for taking the time to post this stuff!!

I'll hopefully sort it out tonight!!

Just to bring this to completion, the connector No1 was from J110, but the reason I didn't realise it is because J110 on the PDB I had installed in the game didn't have any pins!! I then remembered that the PDB in the game came from a Demo Man that I was fixing up some time ago... I borrowed the PDB from TG:HS2 and put that in DM... DM worked fine, and I threw the DM PDB in the TG... I've now changed out the PDB in TG for a spare one WITH the pins at J110 that I found in my spares stash... it looked good and complete, but now I can't get any power to the CPU... I don't want to take the PDB back out of DM of course, so now I have a new problem to fix! (started a new topic on that one!).

Thanks again guys!!

Lee.
