What is fair price on a Judge Dredd in fair condition. Just your average routed game that isn't beat into the ground, but not collector quality either, with the topper if that matters, doesn't matter to me.
$1800 seems more than fair for that condition.
The only thing I wish JD had was a deeper multiball. I also find myself regularly completing it and getting to the 4 ball Ultimate Challenge. Now if the Mulitiball UT and the Mode UT were a bit more different than just the number of balls you get, that would be nice.
