All of the 47's on the top half of the backglass never come on. the bulbs are good. the flasher leds up there work. any thoughts? thanks

thanks guys, trouble was bad connection to the white and brown wire that goes to the PPB board. next question: how do i fix it? pull the wire out, cut it back, but how do i put it back in the connector? do i have to have a special tool? thanks again!
