I gave this part to Iamdarius in PDX in order to attempt a mold. I am unsure how this project turned out but you can PM him. Same guy that made the repro TFTC topper. This is just the face piece not the handle or tongue.
Good luck in search hard part to get a hold of.
I went to Home Depot and bought a new one. Not exactly the same but it works and had the same type mech that turns when you press the latch down
Ok thanks any and all info is wanted can't have a button for my ball lunch because that's lame. So I got a hold of a face plate now off eBay. Now for the handle and tongue. I like the idea of a custom handle if I can't find a original. Cheers
Ok I will. But the pics will have to wait the pin is at a friends in his shop. I'm doing a restoration job on it he's 3 hrs away. I took all the stainless steel even the Ball guides, spiner brackets, scoops, legs coin door everything I could and getting a 3 color powder coat done. Red, yellow, plum crazy purple. Can't wait.
