Summary - getting the no pay'm no game/soundboard music reset error. I tried the basic fix stuff, but its not working.

1. 2 jumpers on my sound board are disconnected (W6 and W5) - should they be disconnected or soldered on? I was hoping someone could check their TFTC.
2. There is something fried on my other board between two chips (see pics) - any pics/suggestions on what it should look like/how to resolve?

I don't know if my terminology works but check out the photos in the other thread!

Quick bump to say I figured out all of the issues mentioned above and added comments in the original post (linked)

Yea that was the same issue. It got progressively worse. I pretty much re-seated and reconnected almost all of the power cables and its working 100% now. I was already on 4.0 and have the anypin NVRAM already.
