yup, just re adjust it. While you are under there remove the coil stop and see if it is "mushroomed"
It would have to be a HUGE shroom to make the flipper stay that low, but have a look anyway.
P.S. that is the FIRST time I have seen DE playfield wear, maybee the flippers were dragging?
