Data East, 1993I have a problem with getting extra ball and multiball on my TFTC when shooting through the middle spinner. I get the extra ball call out but shooting through the middle spinner only gives me 100k. The VUK shoots out the ball and the lights for extra ball/multiball are still active.
Spinner works and with the table up I tested switch 53 and 54 and the diagnostics registered the switches when I manually activated them. Anyone got any ideas?
Have tried and also filmed it to make it easier to see. Tried it in all different ways and both through the small and large trough. Easy, hard, slow and fast.
The switch test register #48 RIGHT SPINNER, #52 RIGHT SUPER VUK, #53 SMALL TROUGH and #54 LARGE TROUGH.
Haven’t touched my TFTC in a while and haven’t performed any further troubleshooting but today I tried to replace both switches and diodes in the trough but no luck. Still no extra ball or multi ball. I assume by looking at the wiring diagram that the cables are going to CN8 and CN10 at the CPU board and reseated both connectors and no visible corrosion. Any suggestion what to do next?
