Whoever gets it to that price first, I don't care.

Most likely as surely they have bought the rights?
Quoted from brent149:Get out while you can. I'm just saying imagine how hot this would have been a year ago. Been up for two months though. I think every month he waits he's costing himself.
Who the f**k cares? Some of you guys act as if all BBB owners, *need* the money.
Trust me, if pinball was an investment I would have sold my collection a LONG time ago.
Let the guy sell his machine and stop the BS speculations!
Quoted from teekee:$22k for a NIB low number BBB is a great deal for someone… it will sell soon.
GLWTS!
If prices are only going up from here then, why don't you add it to your "arc of the covenant" archives?

If it's a great deal you would have bought it already and listed it at $25k.

He can't do anything. Its all over for him. Bankruptcy. Its all gone.

list it for $25k?? Nope… I wouldn't have listed here it at all… just quietly sold it for $27k.
I don't really know much about it, wasn't it a skate rink or something that when under? How much was it 1.2million that is owed?

BBB prices falling..... ohhhh noooooo......
Please just give the OP his For Sale thread in peace and leave your pricing opinions out of it. You have every right to have a view on the price of BBB, and every right to express your view on pinside...I wouldn't for the life of me want to take that right away from you. Just do it in a different thread.
Kindly give the OP the courtesy that keeps pinside great; A place where someone can start a for sale thread without naysayers pissing all over it. If you don't like his price, don't buy it.....but to have no interest in it (regardless of whether or not you have the means to afford it) and just derail the thread really does a disservice to our entire community.
What's the difference between that and standing on the front lawn of a property during an open house, yelling at the top of your lungs to every potential buyer walking in and out "its's overpriced...there are five other houses in this town for sale, the market must be tanking....the sellers know something!!"
We have a good thing here with pinside, don't turn it into a garbage forum without etiquette.
(Full disclosure - 1) I own a BBB 2) I have never met nor spoken with the OP)
General rule is Market place has no way to comment , forum thread does . For better or for worse. For everyone supporting a sale there are also folks that feel a buyer should know other factors. It's a discussion .

Yeah...ok....

PPS announced today that they acquired the assets from the Gene Cunningham bankruptcy, and that the founder of PPS acquired Illinois Pinball itself.

BBBr upcoming...
Quoted from pezpunk:Zero rumors were started in this thread.
...here, let me try to help.
I hear Mr. (Fred) Rogers was a Navy Seal during the Vietnam War, and that he had numerous confirmed kills as a sniper. Apparently the only reason Rogers wore sweaters was to cover up all the tattoos he had gotten during his time in the service.

If it's on the internet, it MUST be true.

Coooooooool! I can't wait. A bbb for 8,000.00. It's gonna be a great year for pinball. Ed

It's called basic economics. If your going to sell something you want to get maximum value. He may not "need" the money, but he's the one who post it for sell.

And there you go neighbor. That's how you disassemble your M16 and put it back together without even getting your hands dirty. Isn't that right Henrietta Pussycat.

let the guy sell his BBB FFS.
Quoted from Colehvac1:Is it your welcome or as the Home Depot cashier said to me, you welcome.?
Neither, should be "You're welcome."
Quoted from Colehvac1:Is it your welcome or as the Home Depot cashier said to me, you welcome.?
Or even "you're welcome"?
Quoted from the_doors:Pin is still available. Trades are still an option. Some additional titles of interest- IM, spiderman, Pinball Magic, Flight 2000, Fathom, Stern Viper, America's Most Haunted, and SWE1. Straight sale, price drop to $22K. Thanks for looking!
Got a Fathom I'd trade u for ur BBB.
Quoted from Colehvac1:Is it your welcome or as the Home Depot cashier said to me, you welcome.?
More importantly if you take the brief survey on line and enter the code on your receipt you could win a $1000.

Depends how far south you are?
Quoted from marksf123:I am canceling my MMr so I can get in on BBB.
There will be plenty of time to save for BBBrr, keep the MMr spot. 10,000 BBBrr's, approx. 200 BBBr's and approx. 10 BBB prototypes. Each category will not be the same in value, I'm guessing the BBBrr's will be eventually worth 2k if made one day and the BBBr will climb back up to absurd values. Sell for whatever you want to sell it for. Scary to buy a 10k remake and take a big hit 2000 games later down the assembly line. Then again, who knows. I assume the more you make of the same thing, the less in value it becomes. (especially if an unknown percentage of people only wanted it bc it was worth a lot at one point)
