Had a great time at the show as always. And I've gotta say: When everybody leaves, it gets pretty creepy around here.
Yes. I'm still in Frisco. Staring at empty parking lots.

Quoted from Colehvac1:Great show, I Hope TPF will always be there. Being from NY it would be nearly impossible to support with games, I did Support with my wallet. There were small things i bought that i have no use for just to give a vendor 25 bucks. Thank you to all that brought games they were all working well when i played and i did play alot of games. It takes a great amount of passion to swap a playfield, re-do a cabinet and put 10,000.00 and 100s of hours into a game and then let people play it at will, i know because I’ve done it. Thanks to all the gave anything to make TPF happen this year, cant wait to go again. Next up, Allentown, Then Pintastic.
It was worth the trip this year just to "say hi" to Mirco.
Quoted from pindoc1:Call it what you want but the badgering was indeed heckling and that was not the time or place. Address it with him at the booth or with a lawyer.
Eh, I'm not so sure. If you bought a $12k+ machine that had a playfield that began turning into a pile of shit within the first month, then had the CEO of the company claim it was the user's fault followed by the manufacturer of the playfield telling you there aren't any issues, I think you might see things differently.
I didn't get a GnR, but I feel horribly for those that had that experience and completely understand their frustration and lashing out whenever they have the opportunity.
Quoted from kciaccio:However, I have to say I love the atmosphere of Houston arcade and pinball expo better.
I probably will get down voted for my opinion but that's just the way I feel.
Well...you certainly can't beat the commute.
Quoted from Seraph:Same here. I've spent two years mostly masked and WFH, so I just expected to get knocked down by TPF. Three days unmasked there (w/lots of handshakes, bear hugs, high fives, and tight crowds), followed immediately by 3 days in San Diego on business, and I'm thankful to report I've not come down with anything.
I think it was the Pinside party that did it.
