For some it's only $20. For others, it's the principle. The tournament rules were changed and they are getting less value, period.
Of course, if you reduce the entry by $20, then the tournament players who make their plans based on the total prize pool get short changed.
There's no way to make everyone happy regarding the reduced number of plays, but regarding value, TPF could reduce the entry fee to $40 then make up the difference themselves by adding 160x$20=$3200 to the prize pool.
