Hello all,
I just got a rotten dog for my Star Wars Data East PSB to fix an issue I was having with the DMD. DMD is now working but half of the solenoids are not. After some research I though maybe is was a problem at the 34 VDC going to the PSB. (I had to replace all the connectors so its possible I didn't do it right. How does one safely test the 34 VDC on CN1 with out hurting themselves or the pin?

Cn1 pins 2&3. Red lead of meter on pin 2,black lead to game ground. Same thing on pin 3.
