When I had my Nascar, I replaced the test car with a nice model on mounted on a thick piece of lexan (that I got from home depot). I remember that it was a pretty easy thing to make and the look was much better than the original test car. I haven't found a great photo of my work except in an old ad listing for that game: https://pinside.com/pinball/market/classifieds/archive/38048 I'll post better photos if I happen to come across them.
