Hello folks, Im looking for some help.

My T2 is having a defect, during multiball if a second Ball goes in to the skull with some degree of speed, it passes the target and gets stuck in there making the Pinball to start searching for the ball(without succeed as one ball is on top of the other and is too much weight fot the solenoid) and the olny way to workaround it is to remove the glass and pick up the ball. I already tried a couple of típs like adjusting the target/switch and putting a foam on the skull but nothing has changed. Here is a video explaning the issue.

Any help Will be really apreciated!!!

Thanks in advance

Sorry if my English sucks XD

There’s supposed to be some foam stuffed up in the skull to keep this from happening.

Here's the service bulletin for that. Pick up some poly-foam at Hobby Lobby.

We just picked up a T2 and have this same issue. As with the OP, the second ball just sits on top of the first, not in the skull. How was this resolved?

Not sure if the others that said foam in the skull, even watched the video. These are 2 different issues.
