Quoted from tezting:

Can someone please help me.
I can’t figure out if there should be a washer on the top side when mounting the rails of if there is only a washer under the playfield?[quoted image]

Typically always a washer on top or when tightened the rail will dig into the art work in short order.

Just joined the T2 Me to movement this weekend. Have always wanted this game and after a few plays it has proven to be a Great choice! From playing another one local I opted to pull the trigger on the PinSound setup on this one as the stock sound package is the only weak spot for me. Upgraded to LED's which Really makes the game pop and have a few minor mods including the speaker LED rings and eyes in route. Loving this game so far.

Quoted from shepP:

Get the pinsound shaker as well. Out of all the games I have added a shaker to this one is by far my favorite. It really blends in well and makes the game more exciting.

Looks interesting but for $200 for a shaker I may opt to slightly upgrade the speakers as a priority. Most games I just go with the FF speakers but the results have been less then wow in most cases for the money. Considering just adding a sub and keeping the stock speakers unless someone has a better suggestion.

Coming along pretty well on T2. Playfield is about wrapped with a couple minor things to tweak. Cabinet and head have been painted, and decals have been installed on head. Started working on cabinet decals. New ground braid and leg bolt mounts.

Love it, even your cabinet parts are practicing social distancing! Looking good.

Quoted from Malenko:

Almost done my PF swap, so I decided to go ahead and rebuild one of the flippers:

Everything removed:

Scrubbed:

hand polished:

and all back together:

I know the vid1900 guide says the diodes don't go on the coil stop end, but this is how it was and it worked fine. I only rebuild the flippers cause I had to clean the gunk and I figured I should since its all apart anyway!

Looks good always a fun job. Not a huge fan of reusing the plunger bushings after going through all that work but as long as they are still good and smooth.

Loving T2 so far. First game I ever purchase Pinsound for and Wow what a difference! Tough pill to swallow buying that board but it Really changes the experience no question. Think I may need to go Colordmd on this one also as it feels like a keeper.

There's a spelling mistake at the apron - it's Judgment Day!

Lol ok now that’s funny. What college was that?

Quoted from KSUWildcatFan:

What am I missing here? This cage behind the skull pops loose and causes issues with the ball getting hung up. Is my plastic broken or is there supposed to be some kind of post there..or both?!
This picture isn't very good but see the purple circle, it seems there's a cutout on the plastic and a mark on the playfield like a screw was once there.
[quoted image]

Looks like a broken plastic to me.

Quoted from KSUWildcatFan:

This one? I wonder if that means I'm missing standoffs that go with it or something. Could someone provide a picture (hopefully you're better with taking pictures than I am!) of the appropriate mounting hardware that goes with that plastic?
Might just be time to buy a new plastic set I guess. My right sling is chipped, and the plastic to the right of the skull isn't particularly great either. Most others seem okay from what I can tell.

Try looking at the “Images Gallery” of this thread (top of page). You’ll find dozens of pictures of that area and assembly provided by owners. Like the one below.

Quoted from KSUWildcatFan:

Thanks, can't say I've ever even noticed that on any of these forum topics...whoops! Based on that angle I'm wondering if it's just a plastic sleeve and a long screw, both of which I'm sure I'm missing. I'll nose around and see if I can confirm that theory.
Appreciate the help!

Anytime and yes it’s a post and screw in that position.
