Cool! Would you mind posting some pics without the glass?
Quoted from PeterG:Beautiful machine. Personality i do not like the Chrome version decals and translite but I do understand that people go that way.
I like them, just building the same version. But I do use the original licensed Chrome decals / translite and not the unlicensed cheap version from the UK shop. There is a minor but (for me) important difference, the original is looking more like liquid metal compare to the cheaper version.

Do you have the chrome speaker panel?
Quoted from AlexSMendes:Do you have the chrome speaker panel?
No, I'm going for the original speaker panel. From my point of view the chrome speaker panel is overlapping / hiding the T2 face .... I will install the red speaker lights to set a highlight to the eyes ... That what the speaker panel is going to embody ... the T2 skull eye area, I don't see / feel the same with the chrome speaker panel.
I just wanted to post some pics and a video link to a Terminator “Skynet” topper we designed for a client. It features:
1) Custom designed artwork.
2) 3D sculpted skull with lighted eyes
3) Fully illuminated, multi level design.
4) Animated “flickering flames” background
5) 12 illumination sources with interactive strobing lights.
This was built as a one-of-a kind design but gives you an idea of what is possible

How much does it cost?
Today I did a lot of work...
Line filter modification with NTC and separate wiring for external power supply.
Speakerpanel is finished, equipped with Visaton speakers, LED-Stripe, Color-DMD... and Cyberdine Logo.
If anybody is in need of custom ROMs with the latest L-8 software and the LED ghost patching fix and/or to remove the attract sound completely let me know.
Quoted from SeaLawyer:I hope to join this club very soon! Started with my favorite pin of all time: TAF. T2 is my 2nd favorite of all time, so that's next. After that, The Shadow. After that, I'm going to need a bigger house...
I have one for sale for you if you are looking to buy.
Where are you guys aligning your flippers? I see most aligning the flipper bat tips slightly above the playfield dowels ?

Quoted from Soulrider911:Where are you guys aligning your flippers? I see most aligning the flipper bat tips slightly above the playfield dowels ?
On williams games like this slightly above those little holes in the playfield. Some people put tooth picks in the holes and let the flippers rest on the tooth picks to align. On stern games the flipper end points directly to the middle of those holes.
Loosen the screw just behind the flipper on the ball guide put a little pressure toward the outlane drain and re-tighten the screw.
Quoted from ypurchn:So what are the thoughts on how this happened? Ball STOPPED in the inlane just chillin.
The metal gets worn. Almost invisible to the eye but you can get divots or sunken areas on the lanes.

Picked up this guy the other day. He's quite big and his eyes light up red. Figure someone that knows what they are doing couod make a nice topper out of him. Anyone interested in him? Every part of his body is movable and fully articulating.
Quoted from Leachdude:Ok just picked up a T2 got it all cleaned up and playing good. I notice at the skull shot a ball will get hung up in the back, I am sure I am missing something to prevent this. What exactly am I missing?

Ok thanks for that, but my ball is hangin up on the clear plastic in the back not in the skull. I will have to look into that skull fix tho.

How does the ball get stuck there. Airball from the flippers/cannon, or after you shoot it into the skull? I can also look at my game when I get home tonight to see if that section looks different on my game from your game.

I wish we could get a T2 for $2400 in Australia - minimum I see them sell for here is 5K
Quoted from allsportdvd:I wish we could get a T2 for $2400 in Australia - minimum I see them sell for here is 5K
Whats the conversion on that though? Isn't american money worth more? What does $2400 US dollars convert into auzzi dollars?

Well how much would shipping cost? This could still end up being a good deal for you.
Quoted from QuarterGrabber:Whats the conversion on that though? Isn't american money worth more? What does $2400 US dollars convert into auzzi dollars?
Nevermind. Just did the conversion. It works out to $3100 auzzi dollars. Still a great deal.
Cable porn is done.

We would also have to convert the power as we use a different power source than you guys
I am having flipper problems on my T2. The left flipper is really weak. I have rebuilt the flippers about two years ago and just replaced the cabinet switch. If I ground the coil, it fires strong. I have adjusted both the cabinet switch and EOS (and cleaned the EOS switch) and still not getting any stronger. What else do I need to check? Thanks for the help!

Try moving the coil assembly to the other flipper and vice versa.
