its quite dangerous to talk about the use of single/long bank target... some Munsters fans could be upset...

Quoted from Waxx:I'm not being negative but if I knew nothing about this pin at all I would know it was Borg because it's a combination of 3-4 of his previous pins. I think it will be fun and that's what's most important but unique isn't what Borg does. He tends to go with what works and improves on it and there's a place for that too as I love Tron and XMen. [quoted image]
yes, the upper left side is similar to FH, TOMMY, TRON...
but as always, since all these years, it become hard to innovate in the game design
and thats not a bad point anyway
Quoted from RipleYYY:yes, the upper left side is similar to FH, TOMMY, TRON...

did i forget BAYWATCH ?
(but not the immamaculate one)
Quoted from Yoko2una:Bar targets SUCK. There's a huge difference between picking off a target the size of a pinball and hitting a "general area". Ask ACDC.
or even better : oktoberfest !
Quoted from Squizz:Very true Vireland, What about Rick Naegele!
Not Stern but Eric Meunier is also looking good, and cannot forget Keith P. Johnson...
and than dont forget Ted Estes + Joe Katz if i'm thinking about Dialed In
but we can also add Josh Kugler + Joe Schober on Oktoberfest, which really have a good/solid code
Quoted from dnaman:I love this on BF and LAH:
4 stand-up targets (5 on LAH) that you ready the mode and earn them in order to spell C A V E (CRANE on LAH). If out of order, you start over. Simple yet beautiful![quoted image]
yes, as i said on Munsters topic, the actual targets in 1 big bank is lame (for the "players")
and than, they told us this is made for newbee and average players to get into pinball, not cut costs... who can believe this ?
do we have to forget this pin maxime : "pinball is a game of skill" ?
meanwhile, after the LE, i really liked the PRO (except these bank targets, but OK... )
it plays fast (ramp ball back is very quick), flow, overall color/design, the fadding GI when TEAM UP ready is really very great
seems a real winner to me
but personaly, i need to wait where's the code will go, i've got enough deception with my GB
but i understand easily that most of pinball fans will enjoy this pin
good job STERN !
PS : does this pin first one (or first STERN) that John B. doesnt use perfect 0° vertical upper lanes !?
well, quite easy to understand (why we are quite all optimistic about this TMTN)
first of all, and the most important, it seems to flip well & fast...
theme is again about nostalgia, this works every time...
new coop/versus modes seems to be fun...
and code is already at a good level...
caracters/vilains/team up have for sure a DEADPOOL touch, and DP is a very nice pin...
and finally, this pin is cheating our brain : when i look at the stream, all that left/higher part with the 3rd flipper make me really think i'm looking/playing FUNHOUSE or TRON... and this is of course another good point
considering this last point, i still think JP being a better choice (for me), as its a design we've never seen before
but for sure this TMTN will be high in our wishlist
once again, good job on this one STERN !
Quoted from Whysnow:...Containers leave for overseas...
seems correct
had distro confirmation that there're some PRO on next boat already travelling the sea for us... well, unfortunately, not me lol
Quoted from Habermania:Belgium Stern Distributor High Voltage Pinball has received their TMNT
yes, by airplane, for a special live event this friday evening (i will post the stream link later)
Quoted from pinballaddicted:Owners club threads are for owners. You can leave this thread open and direct all the non owners here.
i thought this was a TMNT thread, not Munsters...
and more seriously, again, you're wrong, as we dont need to own a game to have things to say about it
for sure, more than few guys are knowing better about a game they dont have home, than some owners
this time, you're lucky, TMNT seems very positive to me (except the big large targets in 1 big piece... you know what i mean !?)
cheers !
Quoted from CoachBacca:... and its pinball multiple targets are just part of pinball to me...
+1
see, on my OF, talking about stand up targets, there're :
O K T O B E R + F E S T (you have to aim + used in mode + used in MB)
P R O S T (you have to aim + used in mode)
4 duck targets (3 you can aim, 1 in the bumpers is hazardous)
1 mystery (hazardous)
2 at outlanes (need nudge skill)
this just to say : when you want, you can...
Quoted from shaub:... about those targets... but I'm prepared to live with it
in the case of TMNT +1 with this too
Quoted from Dr-Willy:Most of the people who shit in the club threads are guys who played the game on location a few times...
most... yes may be most, but not all
