I am a huge fan, but unfortunately it will prob be based off the Nickelodeon cartoon version, prob still nib purchase for me. I think this theme is gold for pinball.

Quoted from Yoko2una:

Yup, my friend's kids played it on location, and they wanted one so I told him where to go for pricing and I think it was just shy of $10K delivered. He's now looking at the Arcade1up instead. But he said it was one of the most popular games where he was and it was always being played. TMNT was a hit with my son ~4 years ago, and they totally reinvent to get new audiences. But seriously, no new crap. The pin better be the ones I grew up with.
Being 37, TMNT was in my wheelhouse growing up. TMNT birthday parties, having friends over to watch, action figures. Hell, I remember begging my mom to take me to Burger King because one of their promotions was 1 of 4 new TMNT VHS's!
One year I wanted the action figures of the 4 main turtles for X-mas, and I didn't get them. I was super bummed. My mom went out and got them for me a few days later and I never knew why that was case. Probably some "Santa forgot" BS. Fast forward to 3 or so years ago, I'm helping my parents move out of their house, and I'm going through basement boxes, and I see the what's in the picture below. As a kid I was such a snoop around the house she had to be good at hiding places, and apparently she forgot she had bought these months prior... and then forgot to dig them out on Xmas... and then forgot they were there in a box for ~31 more years. Needless to say, I'll take the 2-3 days of being sad as a kid for these now!

I just got me collection from my mom a few days ago. They aren’t new in box like this. I did a little value research. I am not saying you should sell, but I think those are worth $100 a piece like that. I am also 37, so we are both hoping for this artwork on the game! Cheers

Quoted from Turtlepower169:

I’m in for LE if they fix the clear coat issues. Just got a JP pro and the clear is so thin you can see and feel the wood grain.

When was Your jp Pro made? Mine is a specimen. P

It looks loaded from the pic, but the art was not what I was expecting at all. I am still buying this game....

Quoted from djsolzs:

Maybe its just me but the picture posted doesnt look that cool - and the art? Love me some third flipper and ramps but... IDK Ill reserve my opinion for the full look

I feel like you a little.....color choices maybe off. Idk.

I’m glad it doesn’t seem to have Nickelodeon plastered all over the cabinet. Plus!!

Quoted from zombieyeti:

Epic and incredible collection, Jared! Enviable on all levels! And coincidentally, I once had Vanilla Ice-cream at my birthday party! Also some cake....
I'd just like to say that when I heard Jody was having Nickelodeon in to pitch the 87 TMNT license (he and I are also HUGE fans as are innumerable members of Stern) I wanted to immediately throw my hat in the ring! I played it cool and thankfully was hit up after that meeting by Dwight and then later John to gauge my thoughts & interest. It was easy - this is the equivalent of Ghostbusters for my age range (ok 'and younger' as I am quite immature) - it's a grail theme to me.
So, while I owe John & Dwight a debt of gratitude for bringing me onto this team, we all owe Jody for pushing this license and making it all happen. He's very good at that stuff!
And as an aside - I know some of you think it's too kiddie - but if you followed the Turtles you'd realize that was a defining differentiation and unique to this version of them. THis cartoon is why we got the movies and subsequent cartoons and as a child of that era, I wanted to distill the essence of that which includes HAPPY FUN-LOVING Turtles. In this day and age, I thought other's might want that too - fwiw.
So blame me for staying true to the license - but don't knock the game till you try it - it's something very special and I'm honored to be a part of it!
Now tune in to the stream tonight and prepare to smile!
thanks - z

Can’t wait! I’m digging it.

The baby turtles in the drain lane are adorable great!

Quoted from cooked71:

For the snowflakes, this is in no way a criticism of the layout, but it is like a mirrored TFTC. That's a good thing as I like TFTC.

I don’t see it man. Nice p

What’s a snowflake?

I thought Dwight seemed confused in the stream. Jack held it all together. Well done.
