Got a Premium on order. Wife balked at the LE price so I had to compromise.

Quoted from Pinball-NJA:Hey folks.
So my glider Mech went on my turtles LE rather Early.
I went to do the update and it said Nodes
1, 8, 9 were out? Or couldn’t find them.
Is this due to the Gloder or something else?
Was the coin door open?
Well, I got my Premium yesterday, build date of 8/12/20 on the back of the cab. I'll check the playfield date later today now that I know where to find it.
Sad to say my art is probably as bad or worse than most of the pics here. The communicator is especially terrible around the Team Up lights. Looks like I lost the lottery unfortunately.
So I got some pics of the art on my Aug 12 premium. Turns out the playfield was manufactured June 29 as serial 412 on PO 306063, doesn't have art under the star post, and is really quite bad. However, I would highly recommend picking up Pin Monk's two bracket sets (the turtle power and mode light kits), they really make the playfield look awesome. The mode one is a bit of a tricky install, but I think it's worth it. Keeps my eyes off the streaky art.
I did notice some other subtle changes to the Premiums: there's a protective piece on the ramp behind the van diverter, and factory applied mylar at the spot the ball comes off that ramp and onto the left orbit.

Well, I totally am. Just checked the LE at the local arcade, and it def has one there. I can’t imagine it fell out, I have less than 30 plays on this thing.
Premium club member here. The Pro and LE are both at the pinball bar I go to most nights. Would not have been as happy if I’d gone with the pro instead of the premium, after having the luxury of playing both layouts a bunch before mine arrived. They’re both great, but the Premium / LE feature set is worth the upgrade cost in my opinion. I could see the Pro being better for high end tournaments, but you’re probably not hosting those in your game room.
Quoted from konghusker:Thanks for the input. What is the main difference that you like so much more?
I really like the art package compared to the Pro and the LE. I'm also a huge fan of player controlled diverters for some reason, so that probably plays into my premium decision as well.
Quoted from Doctor6:Are you 1700 dollars happier?
I donno. I wanted it, so I bought it as my first home pin. I have a real hard time trying to figure out how much fun I have with the game per dollar, so I just don't even try. Don't really see the point in doing so anyway. If I didn't spend that $1700 on it, I'd have probably done something boring with with the money like home improvements, or bought more Apple gear I don't really need.
