Has anyone noticed the Launch from the ramp to the guide rail in the orbit is too strong, and not being guided down to the upper flipper properly?
Mine goes flying off the guard rail and straight down to the left slingshot.
Doesn’t come off smooth and allow me to use the upper flipper for the centre ramp or inner loop shots.
Thanks for acknowledging the question.
I’ve just seen so many streams where it seems to effortlessly hit the orbit, then feed to either the upper, or gently down to the left flipper without touching the left slingshot.
Quoted from flynnibus:It's because the ball is literally being dropped off the ramp... and has no space/path to settle it along the guide rail. It's an artifact of the design not to drop the ball before the orbit turn - which would have served to guide the ball to the rail. Even if the ball dropped off limp.. you'd still get randomness.
It really makes the upper flipper shot a lot harder...
Hey folks.
So my glider Mech went on my turtles LE rather Early.
I went to do the update and it said Nodes
1, 8, 9 were out? Or couldn’t find them.
Is this due to the Gloder or something else?
Quoted from poweruser86:Was the coin door open?
I believe it was closed? I’ll try again while closed.
Was it glider issues or Servo issues?
Quoted from acons017:That’s so weird because I actually did encounter glider issues and received a new glider in the mail from Stern this week! Hope that’s the culprit. Wondering how hard this thing will be to install. I think the screws that fasten the glider to the playfield are located underneath it and there isn’t that much clearance.
So my Stern glider replacement came in and distro is going to attempt to install for me tomorrow.
Does anyone know if this is going to solve anything? Or is it just gonna blow again?
Any advice from someone that has had to solve this problem? Thanks!
Tech came by with my replacement glider mech.
Stern send the entire mech with the rails attached. Not the easiest job if your not handy.
Things seem ok, I’ll put it to the test this week and see how long it lasts.
How do I get one?
Quoted from garretswinning:Finished making these today finally.
