Hey all, please be gentle as i've just started paying attention to Turtles as i've not been in the market for a pin lately.
Differences between Pro - Prem - gameplay - basically in a nutshell?

Van ball lock
pizza spins in two directions not one
plane divertor

No less or more ramps or shots between them then? Not talking art, trim or anything. This seems to be a great bang for your buck pro all day long?

Thx for info everyone. I've checked the matrix sheet. and this seems to be the main differences for gameplay.

Quoted from JPloof:

Question for you all that have had concerns with the spinning pizza mech and grinding. Mine is grinding quite a bit so was going to apply some oil as indicated in prior posts, but realizing all I have on hand is some WD40. Anyone believe there would be any issues with a quick spritz on the shaft?

I believe you'd never use that in a pin. Maybe some white lithium grease? or maybe i'm inventing shit......?

Loving this game! Finished modding and replacing most of the rubber with glow in the dark titans. It's lots of green and I love it!

Quoted from Jediturtle:

One of my pet peeves is how Training stays lit even when it isn't available (due to things like pizza eating, 1-2-3, etc. There are games I go for only training to try to get to Neutrino Pizza Party, so if I'm concentrating on hitting the lair and finally do, only to have it go right through even though Training is lit is infuriating. If you can't start it, turn the light off please!
Speaking of Neutrino Pizza Party, a nice long ball save would be nice. That can be a real bear to get to, and the few times I have, it's over in a blink. This playfield is so brutal and unforgiving, we need all the help we can get to appreciate the deeper modes. I wouldn't mind a longer team up ball save for that matter. I usually drain out the second the ball save drops on that one.
I still think Neutrino Pizza Party as a reward for training up is a little out of place. I'd rather see that be something more thematic to training, like a battle-royale sparring match with the other turtles or Splinter or something. I would move Neutrino Pizza Party to be a reward for so many pizza slices collected, or completing a second pizza eating contest...something along those lines. Just seems like that would be more thematic.

Can you adjust your ball save in settings on that? curious

I was super tired of effing around with my switches, I had just lost my damn adjuster tool. So I made one out of a 90 deg allen wrench. I grabbed my sawzall, tossed a metal blade in, and cut a groove from the top in, got it to about 1/2" then I used my grinder on the sides and flattened them. actually made a decent tool. Then I found my one from PBL. lol, fuck.

This is a pro, chucked in aftermarket speakers, added Doug’s speaker light kit and used his mesh he sells. I like the look

Quoted from Multiballmaniac1:

Would order a pro tomorrow if not for the playfield lottery. Any recent purchasers of a pro and playfield quality? I am waiting on a JP premium playfield from stern so my buyers confidence is shot.
Does the pro have good replay value in a 4 game collection?

I have a Feb build Pro and mines great.

Quoted from WizardsCastle:

Quick question about shots in this game.
On mine, any unsuccessful shot to the right ramp (regardless of how high it goes) rolls back down and SDTM. Maybe 1/10 will hit the tip of the flipper, but mostly it's right into the drain.
Does that sound right?
Also, I can't at all post pass in this game. I can with all my other game, but not this one. Is that normal?

Mine does not go SDTM normally, maybe 1 in 5 or 6 times it does.

Quoted from onemilemore:

This is just an opportunity to make your game pop a little more! I went with orange slings and orange flippers from Titan and it looks goooood.

I picked up the entire glow in the dark kit, looks pretty bitchin

Quoted from DNHansen:

Would either of you mind sharing photos? This sounds awesome! My mind isn't so creative with color mixtures hard for me to picture.

They get kinda glowey when the PF gets dark.
I added a couple black light strips

So I've played with this a bunch and still no success. Is there a cable I should double check or reseat?

Did you have a distro? If its bad out of the box, i'm sure they are willing to be helpful

#7357 2 years ago

I make sure that if I'm spending money someplace and have to make an order, i'll tell ya damn well i'm going to have a lot extra in my cart IE: spare rubber of all kinds and a few parts to justify paying the exorbitant prices to get shit to Canada. So, I have an healthy stash of colors and sizes at my disposal.

Thanks for the info guys! I'll probably get the silent fan once I'm finally tired of hearing the stock one.

Fantastic! Love the giant pinball. Super cute.

Naw, the pinball is regular size, she's small

Quoted from arcyallen:

No, during the Pizza Eating Contest. I'm pretty sure it took more than 1.27 seconds for me to push that button 40 times. It sure FEELS like more than 1.27 seconds.

Naw, that was full Track and field coming out, muscle memory, LOL

Quoted from MWM82:

I'm a dip. How do I do this on my machine? Poked the interwebs, but didn't find the right information.

Use your settings button on the coin door. just start poking around, you can check audits, made adjustments, etc. Just find flipper power and knock it down a bit.

IE: it may be at 250 - lower it to like 225 and try games

#7528 2 years ago
Quoted from Vermont:

This same thing just happened to me. I read through various suggestions of where to order, but it looks like there are various sizes of replacement rubbers. This is my first pin and first busted rubber, so I'll ask a very noobish question: is there a list so you know which size to get for which part? Do I just measure it with a ruler? Are you better off ordering a full "set"? (Do they even do that?)
If it's a sling, do you replace both slings at the same time so they are consistent?
Anything else I should keep in mind?

https://www.titanpinball.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=52

Grab some low bounce standard flipper rings.

Quoted from s000m:

Hi,
I bought a used TMNT Pro. All seems OK. However I do have one issue.
Shooting up the left orbit ALWAYS fails. It gets halfway and rattles and comes back down.
It seems to be catching on the metal guards near the van ball lock exit.
Is this a known issue?
Guy who sold it said it played fine and never mentioned the issue...

There's a gate there. Hold the left flipper (when you plunge) and it will go around orbit. If not, it hits, it falls into lanes and pops

Quoted from Rob_G:

Has anyone had the TPMB crash happen on an LE/Premium? I was trying to see if I could reproduce it (glass off), but I wasn't able to.
How about a bit of info?
What turtle were you playing as?
Was it a single player game? 2 player? Coop?
What ball did it happen on?
Anything else you remember about it?
Rob

Mine's never crashed before. 80's code- crazy -
I also have quite low plays on mine.

Ooze speaker inserts I just made.

I'd like the ooze speaker look (without the pizzas)

Quoted from BaxterStockman:

AN UPDATE!!!!
Awesome!
Curious what people will think about the training level being persistent from game to game. Definitely will make playing the game more on location better and give it a "one more game" feel to it. Gotta level them turtles up.

OP's may love that hey

Quoted from daveyvandy:

That's pretty weird place to get a ball stuck. Some things to check include pitch on your table, whether or not the balls are magnetized, and whether or not the plastic for the lair is too tight.

Yeah, May be missing a washer to keep the plastic up that extra little bit for it to pass
