Hey Folks. I just got my game setup this week. It was made on the 13th. I found a few of those spot checks in this feed but wasn't sure if I'd seen anyone post this. My game has a small piece of mylar/plastic where the ball drops off onto the playfield. When I looked behind the turtle van to check that linkage it looked like it was still hooked up and there was a piece of protective tape of some kind put on the back wall of the ramp. I marked them in red in the picture.

Did you guys remove the mylar, or just and a 2nd piece. I found it but didn't think to peek where stuff was hitting but I've only played maybe 20 games.

Is it ok if I see some red light from the top side of my opto? Checking it now.
I couldn't tell if it is a status light red=bad, part of the opto and I just never noticed it on till I played in a darker setting.
I noticed to that when I had balls spill out of the van one made it on the plastic just to the right of the dimension x ramp and got stuck on that little board.

Anyone have the new shooter rod installed from Stern? I just bolted it in, need to see if It needs major adjustments but I cant even get the ball up the lane. I'm hoping its an alignment thing...but has there been any issues with these larger shooter rod accessories not having enough power, or being the wrong length or something?

Anyone noticing the new code not registering your turtle selection until the ball is in play? What is suppose to lock this in if you use the plunger to plunge, rather than the action button? I cant tell if this is a bug or if its a switch issue somewhere.

Hey! Turns out I loaded the wrong damn file. I had pro code running apparently. Not used to downloading a few codes at a time.

I have a general question as it related to my TMNT. When you need to tighten a post, do you do it from the top and/or bottom? Is there a known torque rating we should use if we have the tools? The left post on my right ramp entrance needed to be tightened but on newer games I'm aware to much is bad for the playfield surfaces.

My lights on topper appear to flicker a bit after the update. No dimming. Just noticed its more of a flicker than a glow when they are backlit.
I opened a ticket with Stern. No mods on my game, all stock with stern shaker.
