Quoted from JakePG:Just joined the club today.
Has anybody had a problem with balls getting stuck in same spot as one in picture below? Is it possible that balls are magnetized right away , or another issue?[quoted image][quoted image]
OK, so the two metal rails are a little too close together. I unscrewed the metal piece farthest left and pushed it back to the left to create more space for the pinball to go through. This worked for about 10 seconds. I couldn't put the screw back in because when I moved the rail, it was out of alignment with the hole, so I left screw out. Didn't work because the impact of everything caused the metal rail to go back to its normal position.
I guess I'll have to make a new hole to keep the rail as close to the wall as possible to create enough space for the pinball. Has anyone ever had to drill holes in playfield before? Big deal? Any other options?
Are you guys using cliffys or mylar on the switches? I noticed ball drops right on the switches when coming off ramp near flippers
I didn't have to drill any holes for my side rails. I did buy recently, so late run might be different
Quoted from big-c66:Alright looks like I’m getting a tmnt now I’ve only got to play a limited edition. Is the pro the way to go and don’t worry about trying to get a premium which will cost me 2000$ more. What is everyone opinion.
Definitely fine with a pro. I've heard countless problems people had with prem/le diverter

I made it to final battle.......................on coop mode lol. Still a lot of fun.
When I got to final battle, there was no sound. I haven't done latest code update, so I'm guessing that's why. I'm hesitant to change code due to crash stories I'm hearing. Plus, I don't have IC, so not sure if I need it. Does new code have sound issues in final battle?
Quoted from cabal:what version are you on? 1.41? i think final battle was fixed on 1.50+
The Turtle Power Multiball crash has been around from 1.2x
It's a little gamble i guess, some people reported the crash happened more often, some got it less with updates.
you can have a look at the change document and decide you want to got the way of an update:
https://sternpinball.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/turtles_PRO-V1_51_00-README.txt
personally i would and do it with a fresh install on a new sd-card.
yes, I think I'm on 1.4x. I will update and see how it goes.
Quoted from Drussksu:Getting ready to join the club. Will be trading my black knight for a tmnt. Anything I should know to get ready?
Congratulations. Don't judge it so quickly. A lot of people say it's hard, but once you learn the shots, there's nothing like it. It's the one pin in my collection that I can say I'll never get rid of.
Has anybody ever turned the game on and it doesn't boot? Had to turn power off and then back on for it to start up.
Quoted from System-J:I had this happen once, though it wouldn't boot back up at all. It ended up that the sd card had half 'un-clicked' (technical term ) itself out.
what was the result?
