Quoted from Habermania:I have a Pro and planned to upgrade to a Premium.... but:
Due to the reported issues with the diverter, the problem with the mechanism that is locking balls in the turtle van, and the software getting confused when its staging balls in the van, I am sticking with the Pro. Tons to do, shots take time to learn. Great variety in strategy and shots. And the Pro is more difficult due to the lack of a diverter, so it may have longer playability b/c it wont be as easy to reach the end game.
Thank you for the feedback
Quoted from Mrawesome44:Oh i gotcha. My bubble meter is dead in the center.
The Bubble measures the pitch top to bottom, but not the level left to right. You’ll need a level or phone app such as Pin Guy.
Quoted from PinMonk:How many amps are you drawing away? You have to be careful with the Spike system, it's pretty fragile. I wouldn't tap until I knew the draw of everything on that line and the total max draw of what I was adding.
That's a good point. I am using the matrix flashers from Comet pinball. I don't see any data sheets for them so it's hard to know the amp draw. I don't have an ammeter either. Any suggestions?
I have had it set up for a couple weeks, and no problems yet.
I guess if I do have problems with the boards it's from my own doing lol.
New update for our Airbrush Kit. Custom speaker panel, we are very excited to see how it looks when installed and illuminated

I mean once it says 2x playfield, does it start, or do I have to press the button to activate it when I want?
It starts when you hit the playfield target. As far as I know the button on the pro only eats pizza and launches the ball.

I believe there's a bug in the latest code (1.10). Does anybody else notice this?:
If you are playing a one-player game and you get the Ninja Pizza Multiball the first time (but don't get the next one). Once your game ends and you start a new one after this game, player one will have 0 toppings lined up. It's super annoying because if you play multiple players in that next game, player one will be the only player that doesn't have toppings ready to go.
I think that there are a few more bugs. I also notice that when multiball starts and you have only one shoot to make for example for 123 foot or krank Max combo it didn’t count if you hit it at the start from multiball. Happens more then once to me. And that is getting frustrating because there are timed and Not easy to make .
Also I don’t know why sometimes pizza multiball is 3 ball and sometimes 4 ball multiball. It didn’t shoot always a ball from the shooter lane.
Short feedback on the Sounds. (Pro model; Code 1.10.0)
There is plenty of clipping (distortion) on FX sounds and Splinters call outs. Those seem to have too much bass frequencies, leading to clipping. Especially when played together with FX sounds. So better equalizing/mixing is really needed here!
Thank You

Each Gummy Bear topping adds an extra ball to the multiball.

Quoted from billrz:Has anyone successfully remedied the grinding pizza motor ? On the LE, it’s loud and sound pretty bad, can’t be good. Started after like 40 games or more.
If you don’t want to disassemble the pizza spinner you can just remove it from the bottom and drop some thin oil down the shaft,I used the same oil we use for the spinners, work great for me!

Your multimeter doesn't measure amps?
Maybe email comet and see if they can give you the amp draw of their matrix flashers. Killing a node board over time from drawing too much power with mods is an expensive lesson. Better to avoid it.
Quoted from Wallofnoise:Moved my games around to make room for TMNT Pro. I have the flyer sitting in as placeholder.

Your games are screaming
“ please no light stop the light”
I can here them!
Is there any official statement on what pitch the game is designed for (6.5 - 7.0)?
I wan't fixed goals for extraballs, otherwise my progress seems to be depended on luck. how do you have set your EB's?

If you have an LE, make sure the speakers have not switched back to 4ohm after the last update.
Rob
not sure if this has been done yet but i had some eject protectors that I thought were cliffys and learned they weren’t. Once i got real cliffys in i had them stuck to my work bench cause I never throw shit away.
I saw i had a small scratch where the diverter hits and I cut one of them and double sided taped it to the plastic. I think this will be a good solution...

A properly set up diverter mech shouldn't need a protector, did you check your screw?

Was hoping all the clipping might get fixed in the latest code update but guess it's not quite as high of a priority. Other than that and few other little bugs, game is really fun to shoot! Thanks for all your efforts, Xaqery !

Check all the audio settings. I noticed on 1.10 some of the values (like ohms) were changed away from default for some reason.

Quoted from sirlonzelot:Can anyone tell me how to relight April after collecting it ?
I'm pretty sure it won't relight until you start an episode.
Quoted from Charliew65:i will check that, thank you
I did the same. Someone else suggested this thin shooter lane piece earlier on the thread: https://www.marcospecialties.com/pinball-parts/P-7639 which I got, and fastened some additional mylar extending from the edge of the metal onto the ramp (so the ball doesnt take battle damage from hitting the edge of it) I did check both the nut and screw, and both were tight and the diverter was still hitting the ramp, so this fix is working well.
Quoted from Waxx:I'm pretty sure it won't relight until you start an episode.
Ok, I’ll keep an eye on it
Thanks
Quoted from BENETNATH:I quickly made that. Will see If airballs are absent now.

OK, so this is not long enough. I need to put a cover earlier in the ramp, like pu-parts did
250 games on a Pro at home and spent the weekend with a buddy that generally only plays pinball at my house.
We played for about 4 hours, mostly co-op and some a Final Challenge and he got some solo games in it.
One thing he said:
If you lose your patience with this game, it will eat you alive. If you are thoughtful about each shot and each reaction, it is very rewarding.
I thought this was a nice bit of insight from a new player on the game.
Quoted from HookedonPinonics:LE 202. Hard to see due to lighting but def have pooling occurring by our Lair shot and down by the drain. Apron is too tight down there and digging in. With further inspection we now have chipping in the lair area. Not significant but def frustrating....

Pro June 22 build has star post pooling after 100 games. Small ripple so got lucky but seems the star post is a definite issue spot
Quoted from Happy81724:Mine looks good and they put a washer under it. Not sure if others have washers. The Star post is by the left out lane. I don’t see any others posts to really check

I have a pro with no washer under it, slight pooling around the star post but no where else

I'd vinyl repair iron it out, stick a mylar ring on it and you're fixed. Yelobird pioneered the technique on jjPotC and it's been an awesome way to address these pooled areas before they become a problem. The heat seems to cure the clear more so it's harder at that area and doesn't pool again.

Someone beat me to it. It does work, I did it, too. GREAT solution for a long-term fix.
I’ve had issues with my clearcoat on my turtles and also on my Deadpool have contacted stern and waiting for a reply does not seem like they’re too quick to take care of anything
