There is a great Maverick Owners thread here on the forum that should get you started. There is also a great Sega repair manual you can google that was written by Clay...sounds like you found it already! I would start by checking all the voltages on the power supply with your multimeter. I would also obviously replace the fuses. I would also replace any obviously burned components or the fuses will likely just blow again. Sounds like your high voltage circuit is an issue. It’s a great game! Good news that it boots up and the DMD works. That sucker is expensive. Have fun...one thing at a time and be methodical...sounds like you are!
