Posted this on the WoZ Owners post but wanted to start a separate post.

I am having burning smell come from the Unified Power Source Board on my WoZ ECLE. From what I have read this is a common issue with the L9 Component (Inductor, SMD 14.7uH Part # 190-0006-0S). A board replacement is 395$ through JJP. When I asked whether the part could be replaced I was advised "Yes if you can get one they are replaceable. We no longer have those".

So thought I'd ask here if anyone has ever replaced this and, if so, what did you replace it with?

I can have a de-soldering and soldering iron so no issue there. I am just not electronically educated on what replacement part to order.

Other question is, is this board problematic in itself where I am just best to replace it?
