Trying to help a guy out with a Williams Pennant Fever. He's stating that the lights come on but the game will not start.
He's not on Pinside, currently, but I am going to share the link to this post with him so he can follow along, maybe join and post back. I just wanted to get it started for him to see if we can help him out remotely

Steve, try to manually activate the coin actuator a few times. Not sure why but when I went to this chaps house and looked at the game and turned the machine on it just looked like it was in game over mode. I manually triggered the coin actuator a few times and the game started.
