First thing is be sure ribbon cables are red stripe pin one each end from CPU to DMD driver board to DMD.
LTG
Red stripe on pin #1 both boards and make sure its fully plugged in and seated.
( Not off a row of pins, easy to do)
No such thing as a video ROM on WPC games. All display info comes from the CPU. So check what others have suggested and if all is good, you could have a CPU issue. Swap CPUs to confirm.

Guys, i checked the cables, that's ok. I will swap CPU's but i need to know how many eproms i should remove and install on the other CPU?
I see two, is this ok? (one with the version 1.5 and another one)
On wpc95, there is only one EPROM. The other is something else. Maybe the security chip? I guess swap that also if it's socketed on both.
Don't swap anything but the board, you don't need to change the Eprom to test the display.
I would swap ribbons first and make sure that isn't the problem.
If you don't have spare ribbons recrimp the ones you have in a vise, go easy and don't crush it.
If that fixes it order new ones, more than likely it will do it again.
