It needs replaced. These fork switches are the worst switches ever used on a pinball machines. If you are going to own TSPP or LOTR it's not a bad idea to have an extra one or two of these on hand.

Once you bend that switch, it's days are numbered. After that first adjustment, make sure you buy a spare when you place your next pin order.
