I know this has been covered. Just seeing if there is anything else I should check. Bottom flippers were pretty weak. I rebuilt them and added new eos switches. I cleaned the cabinet switches..although they still look bad. I will replace them next. It has a rottendog flipper board. I've reseated the connectors.

After this, the right bottom seems ok. I've had a tftc before both bottom flippers were a lot stronger. The right flipper can make the left ramp.

The left flipper is still a little weak. I can't fully make the vertical right ramp. It doesn't seem like its just using the holding voltage...just seems a touch too weak.

What next?

I rebuilt them on my old TFTC and that right shot to the vertical loop ramp has to be absolutely perfect to make it the whole way. It's a VERY tough shot...are you sure there's actually a flipper issue??

Yeah I'm sure it's a flipper issue. Ive had a tftc before and these feel sluggish.

Ordered some cabinet switches and new bats. Hopefully this helps.

For the DE Deger flipper theory, the EOS switches are normally closed, and should open only at the very end of the flipper stroke.

The flipper coil gets a short 50v kick and then the 9v hold voltage until either you let go of the flipper button or the EOS switch closes again (if the ball knocks the bat down) and gets another short 50v kick.

If the EOS switch is not closed, you only ever get the 9v hold voltage.

So for DE a missing/broken/maladjusted/malfunctioning EOS switch can cause weak flips.

Thanks Russ. They seem to be adjusted correctly. At the end of stroke there is a small gap. I just replaced these switches. I'm also getting the 40ms pulse on the flipper board (well I think I am. The led is lighting up)

The flipper doesn't feel weak weak...like a holding voltage trying to flip the ball...if that makes sense. Just too weak to make the right vertical ramp.

Do you have the coil setting to "Hard" in the menu?
