Working on a Millionaire. No controlled lamps. Power is good coming from power supply (18v).

What would symptoms be of a bad 30000 ufd filter cap?

Any other ideas?

How did you check this? With 3J4 connector on or off?

Off - tested voltage directly on the pins. Voltage is solid coming out of the rectifier.

Now try it with the connector on, you will find that there is only tenths of a volt. When there is a load, the bridge rectifier breaks down.
