Do switches 21 and 22 work ? If so run a jumper wire from 22 to 23 and see if all the switches then work.

Easy to have a broken wire or poor connection you can't see.

Does the slam tilt work ( switch 21 ) ? Does the coin door closed work ( switch 22 ) ?

If so your green wire with red stripe is good to there. Do you know what a jumper wire is ? A length of wire with an alligator clip on each end would be ideal here, but you can make something with just wire.

Run a jumper from the green wire with red stripe on switch 22 to the green wire with red stripe on switch 23 ( made middle ramp ) and then see if 23,24,25,26,27, and 28 start working.

If so you found where you have a broken wire or bad connection. And a break in wiring can be inside the casing where you can't see it.
