the ramp flashing on my delta ramp isn't quite flush with the playfield on the lower side. Is their a fix for this? can I place a heavy object on it?

thanks for your help/tips.

Have you checked the screw that holds down the left side of the ramp down (the one that screws into the playfield)? When it is screwed down tight it should pull that metal flap tight to the playfield.

Check to see if that screw is stripped, they often are...

ramp is screwed down tight. Perhaps my flashing is a little tweeked?

Could be, weighting it down won’t resolve it, if it is tweaked you will likely have to remove it and try to re-shape it. If you remove it you might consider replacing it with a stainless steel flap, you can get them at Pinbits.com.

I'm not opposed to changing it out. now I will have to learn to rivit.

You can use the rivets from pinbits.....they look as good as any done with high dollar tool. I use CA glue....which is super glue or krazy glue and glue the back of rivet onto plastic tube that comes with kit. It helps alot. Hardest part is getting ramp situated , with a solid backup on rivet....and all to hold steady for 2 or 3 light taps with hammer. If you do it without gluing onto the tool, be ready to hunt for shrapnel..

When you purchase the flap form Pinbits be sure to get their rivet kit twizz63 mentioned. Its really not difficult with their kit, I have done 4 or 5 ramps with it, no problem TZben.

The stainless flaps look much better anyway... Give it a shot...
