Looking for some help on a weird display issue on my STNG.
So far attempted to fix via reseating the small cable going from the controller to the display but same issue persists.

The game plays normally otherwise (can start a game/ play and sounds are all correct)
Videos of what the displays are showing during play:

Reseat ASIC. Might have to tension the pins.

Videos are inaccessible to me. Did you run a full display test?

Have you gone into the display test? If it isn’t the ribbon cable I would suspect possible bad RAM chip on the DMD driver board. If you have other Williams/Bally DMD games you could swap boards and confirm if the issue is on the driver or something else.

That looks like RAM corruption on the DMD driver board. Could also be a cooked transistor or cement resistor.

I doubt this will help, but worth trying.

I'm going to try reseating that "all 4 ribbon connector" first after that, reseat the ASIC, and after that have a new DMD driver board I will swap in.
Will report back soon.
Thankyou for all of the suggested fixesd for this. =)

If it ends up being the DMD driver at least you'll know and it shouldn't be too bad to repair.
